Community

At The Washington Firm, we believe that lawyers can and should have a positive impact on the communities where they work.  Our lawyers truly believe in service to the community.  In addition to representing those injured by the negligence of others, our lawyers have been and continue to be active in a variety of community service projects including: Judge of Fort Worth Teen Court, frequent speakers at Como Elementary, Morningside Elementary, Meacham Junior High School, Dunbar High School, O.D. Wyatt High School, Paschal High School, Handley Elementary and Clifford Davis Elementary.

Our lawyers actively participate in Kappa League Mentoring, and have served on the Fort Worth Library Foundation Board.  They have also been called upon to be guest speakers at Texas Christian University, Southern Methodist University, Texas College, Upward Bound College Preparatory, Fort Worth/Tarrant County Minority Leaders and Citizens Council and a number of local churches.
